Ingredients List For Bread Cheese Balls

- 2 Large Potato (Boiled And Mashed)
- 1 Green Chilli (Chopped)
- ½ Tsp Ginger Paste,
- ¼ Tsp Cumin Powder
- Coriander (Chopped)
- ¼ Tsp Crushed Pepper
- 1 Tsp Mixed Herbs
- ¼ Cumin Powder
- 2 Slices Of Bread
- Salt
- Cheese (Any Cheddar Or Mozzarella)
- 1 Cup Crushed Corn Flakes
To Make Cornflour Batter:
- 2 Tbsp Maida
- ¼ Tsp Crushed Pepper
- 2 Tbsp Corn Flour
- Salt
- ¼ Cup Of Water
Method To Make Bread Cheese Balls
- Add chillies, ginger paste, mixed herbs, cumin powder, fresh coriander, pepper powder, and salt to the mashed potatoes. Mix all well
- Tear the bread slices and add to the mash.
- Mix well to make a dough and keep it aside.
- Divide into equal parts to make as many round balls using the aloo mixture.
- Now flatten it slightly and place cheese in the center of the ball.
- Stuff it well and join the edges to make a smooth ball.
- Make sure the balls have no cracks.

- Prepare the cornflour batter using the ingredients mentioned above.
- Now gently dip into the cornflour batter and then uniformly to the crushed cornflakes. You can also use breadcrumbs.
- Now fry these balls into the hot oil.
- Gently keep stirring occasionally and try till the cheese balls turn crisp and golden brown.
- Place them over the tissue paper to drain let it absorb any excess oil.
- Serve hot and enjoy with tomato sauce!!!
